What You Can Expect
- Old and New Designations on the Certificate: 06Cr19Ni10 = formerly 0Cr18Ni9 = ASTM 304. All three appear side by side, so customs and design institutes don't need to re-verify.
- Thickness 0.3–60 mm, width up to 2000 mm; cold-rolled 2B / BA, hot-rolled No.1, plus HL / 8K / embossed for surface-finished sheet.
- Certificates can be issued to GB/T or in parallel to EN 10204 3.1; third-party inspection (SGS / BV) is arranged before loading.
Frequently Asked Questions
They are chemically equivalent and interchangeable. The difference lies in the assessment standard: GB/T 3280 versus ASTM A240. We list both designations on the certificate so that neither customs nor drawing review rejects the shipment.
We take the stricter value for each element (usually carbon content and mechanical properties) and state both standard numbers on the certificate, so a single shipment clears both markets.
